Delivery of Journals: Provide full address with pin code including e-mail to receive email notification. Journal copies are sent by courier wherever possible. Give phone number along with shipping address.
Cancellation and Missing Issues: Claims for non receipt can be made only within 3 months from their print schedule. Replacement or payment refund will be provided for non-receipt.
