Authors must prepare their papers in Microsoft Word according to our guidelines and templates.<\/p><p><b><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"emoji\" role=\"img\" draggable=\"false\" src=\"https:\/\/s.w.org\/images\/core\/emoji\/15.0.3\/svg\/2714.svg\" alt=\"\u2714\" \/>\u00a0<\/b>Ensure the final version is thoroughly proofread before submission.
